2tk10 Terms & Conditions

These terms form a binding agreement between 2tk10 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "Member"). By using the 2tk10 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

Key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — All web pages, services, and products of 2tk10.
• "Member" — A person who is validly registered and using the Platform.
• "Account" — A Member's personal user profile and balance.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or benefit granted to a Member by the Platform.
• "Wagering" — The total amount that must be bet before a bonus becomes withdrawable.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and the deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure. If any of your details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized transaction or access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 2tk10 is ৳300 (per method). Currently accepted payment methods are:

• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposited funds must come only from accounts owned by you. Depositing using a third party's account is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, 2tk10 may hold it for review. Any account suspected of money laundering or fraud may be suspended pending investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more still gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, resulting in a total of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times), applied to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will void the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• 2tk10 reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

4.4 VIP Cashback

Regularly active members can participate in a five-tier VIP program — from Bronze to Diamond. Weekly cashback varies by tier: 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% at Diamond. Regular and active participation on the platform is required to move up to a higher tier.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating or assisting an account on behalf of a minor.
• Registering with a false identity or fake documents.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, use of bots, etc.).
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or games.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving offensively toward other members.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account.

If any of the above violations are detected, 2tk10 may suspend or close the account without notice and reserves the right to inform the relevant authorities.

6.1 Betting Rules

2tk10 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please read the applicable rules carefully before placing each bet. 2tk10 reserves the right to void bets inadvertently accepted due to technical errors.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the specified time, a decision will be made in accordance with the betting rules. Where applicable, the bet amount may be returned to the member's account.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

Any bet suspected of match-fixing or gaining an unfair advantage may be held for review. The relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

11.2 Member's Rights

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time. Contact our support team to make the request. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.
